30-minute Total IgE procedure.
Regional Screens for the most common allergens.
Specific screen for the 10 most common food allergens.
Regional and specific screen assay time of either 90 minutes, 7 hours or overnight.

Instructions for Allergy Kit use

The IgE Test

The  Allergen Screen
1. Place conjugate in test tube. Add patient serum or whole blood.
Wait 5 minutes.
1. Place the dipstick into the patient serum or whole blood and incubate for 30 minutes, 6 hours or overnight.
2. Place dipstick into the test tube.
Wait 15 minutes.
2. Rinse the dipstick with tap water for at least one minute.
3. Rinse the dipstick with tap water for at least one minute.
3. Place the dipstick into the conjugate.
Wait 30 minutes.
4. Place the dipstick into the substrate solution.
Wait 9 minutes.
4. Rinse the dipstick until the red colour is removed
(at least one minute).
5. Blot Dry.
5. Place the dipstick into the substrate solution.
Wait 30 minutes.
6. Compare dipstick to IgE Colour Chart.
6. Blot and compare dipstick to Allergen Screen Chart.
